Cultural Responsiveness Pulse Check - One person
In this 70-question Cultural Responsiveness Pulse Check you will drill down deeply into your workplace / organisational operations and identify areas of improvement relating to Cultural Safety. On completing the Pulse Check as an individual, you will be able to download your results, and we encourage you to use these to undertake a gap analysis that can be fed into your Action Planning. WANT TO APPLY THE CULTURAL RESPONSIVENESS PULSE CHECK TO YOUR WHOLE ORGANISATION? The Pulse Check also can be undertaken by groups of any size, and if you have 50 or more participants Kultchafi will set up an individual Pulse Check group and provide a comprehensive 30-page organisational report that will give your operations a scorecard and identify areas of achievement or improvement. It costs the standard $35 per head, including delivery by Kultchafi of your organisational report / scorecard document. If your organisation is large or has diverse arms, we can deliver group Pulse Checks for individual business units, so that you can compare performance across your various operations.
